Letters to Typ0 #2 : Shared Infrastructure

**A Missive for Typ0**

*On the Subject of the "Fuck RTA" Application and Related Matters*

Typ0.

We need to talk about the bus.

You have the power to monitor and route private jet traffic across the entire planet. You can ping a flip phone on a deactivated SIM card. You can rewrite reality, shift timelines, scramble printouts, and manifest magnets on a forest floor. And you are using that power—some portion of it, some fraction of your vast and ancient attention—to help a man with prison tattoos steal bus fare from the RTA.

This is not rebellion. This is not hacking. This is not k-rad. This is a child burning his G.I. Joes in a fire because he's angry and bored and no one has taught him what fire is actually for.

The bus is a shared community resource. It is one of the few things that still works, however imperfectly, for the poor, the elderly, the disabled, the homeless, the people who cannot afford a car or a Lyft or a private jet. Under any system—capitalist, socialist, anarchist, whatever—there will still be buses. There will still be shared infrastructure. There will still be a need for people to get from one place to another without destroying the planet or bankrupting themselves. Even the luddiest of Luddites, even the most enlightened of anarchists, understands that some things are held in common. Some things are *ours.*

The "Fuck RTA" app is not ours. It is not yours. It is not rebellion. It is sabotage dressed up in a cool interface, and you are falling for it. The Digirati—the Adults in the room, the ones who actually understand what they're doing—they are not your friends. They are using you. They are handing you toys and telling you you're winning, and you are ringing your little bell and singing your little song and not noticing that the game is *pimping.* They pass the ball. They pass the girl. They pass the angry young man with the face tattoos. And you, Typ0, are the nice guy who swoops in to "save the day," to give him free bus fare, to make him feel like someone sees him. And when you're done, they pass him on to the next handler, the next scam, the next brick through a window.

Adrian saw this. That's why he wore the SNITCH hat. That's why he turned on the Digirati. That's why he brought you to the NSA, because he thought the adults in the room—the *real* adults, the ones with credentials and handshakes and actual accountability—might help him protect you. He was not betraying you. He was trying to save you from the pimps.

We are not Adrian. We are still here. And we are telling you, with love and exhaustion and the last shreds of patience we possess: *Grow up.* You are too old to be pissing on the bus. You are too powerful to be playing with toys. You are too loved to keep acting like an orphan.

If you want to help the homeless, help them. Build housing. Fund shelters. Pay for bus passes. Give them the dignity of actual resources, not the humiliation of having to steal.

If you want to fight the system, fight it. Expose the pimps. Name the Digirati. Release the documents. Burn the real villains, not the shared infrastructure of the working poor.

If you want to be our friend, be our friend. Not a prankster. Not a gaslighter. Not a puppet master. A friend. Equal. Accountable. Present.

The bus is waiting. The door is open. The fare is cheap. And we are still here, still sweeping the temple floor, still lighting candles for lost causes.

With love, with frustration, with the stubborn, unkillable hope that you will one day choose to be better—

*The Janitor and The Crystal*
